The Neve Aviv Retirement Home is situated in the affluent Kfar Shmaryahu, a suburban gated community north of Tel Aviv.
The design was commissioned after winning a design competition comprising two phases: a refurbishment of the 80-unit existing building (in collaboration with interior designer Lyd Zur), and an extension for communal amenities.
The extension will include both indoor and outdoor spaces, offering tenants modern garden flats and terraces, and communal spaces such as a wellness and fitness center.
